I have a mother and a father who doesnt like this guy and were engaged but cant get married until i turn 18. ok so ive read a lot of these things and decided it must not be illegal for me and my boyfriend to date...arent having any sexual intercourse..kissing and holding hands..20 and im 15 ill be 16 in about 5 1/2 months..do you think there would be a big problem with us just dating!?

(3) The victim's prior sexual conduct is not a relevant issue in a prosecution under this section. (2) The provisions of this section do not apply to a person 16 or 17 years of age who has had the disabilities of nonage removed under chapter 743.
