First, we recommend that you try clearing your browser history or “cache” to see if that resolves the issue. On a Mac, go to “Finder”, click on “Macintosh HD”, select “Library”, select the Cache folder and delete its contents; then empty the trash.
If clearing your browser history did not work, you might want to try downloading another free Internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, or use your computer’s pre-loaded Internet browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Apple Safari.

To add additional pets to your account, login to Pet Link and select ‘Register New Pet’ from the left menu.
If your pet is going to a new home you will need to instigate a transfer from within your personal admin area.
Choose the ‘transfer’ tab from your pet profile link and simply follow the instructions.
It is important that both Keeper and animal records are kept up to date.
To update your details please login to your account. Current legislation regarding dogs states that the Keeper must record their dog's microchip number, name, address and contact number on a recognised database.
If you adopted a pet from a shelter or rescue that organization may have purchased the microchips without any registration being included.
